HR Analyst – Latin America Operations

About the role

AFRY is seeking an HR Analyst to support HR operations across Peru and other Latin American countries. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with local labor regulations, managing employee lifecycle processes, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare employment contracts, amendments and related documentation.
• Manage onboarding, transfers, and off‑boarding of employees.
• Coordinate payroll inputs with external payroll providers.
• Administer employee benefits, medical insurance and leave processes.
• Track vacations, attendance records and working time.
• Coordinate occupational medical examinations (pre‑employment, periodic, exit).
• Maintain accurate HR records and employee documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and internal HR policies.
• Support labor inspections and respond to authority requests.
• Coordinate subcontractor documentation and compliance requirements.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain employee databases.
• Provide day‑to‑day HR support to managers and employees.
• Assist with regional HR projects as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Law or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Strong knowledge of labor administration and employment documentation.
• Experience with payroll processes and employee record management.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Proficiency in English.
