About the role
We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to support our growing organization. The successful candidate will work closely with managers to drive employee engagement, ensure compliance, and streamline onboarding processes.
Key responsibilities
- Research and analyze employee trends to improve engagement and retention.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of legal standards and mitigate HR‑related risks.
- Assist management in conflict resolution and provide guidance on HR policies.
- Define and promote the company’s ethics, values, and culture.
- Onboard new hires, handling immigration documents, tax forms, and benefits packages.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2‑3 years of experience in HR or a related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- Proven track record of onboarding employees and managing HR tasks.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
