Human Resources Generalist – Immigration Processes

About the role

YOFC Peru is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to manage payroll, social benefits, and immigration procedures. The role supports both internal staff and external regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with Peruvian labor legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll, AFP calculations, taxes and maintain employee data in line with current legislation and company policies.
• Handle immigration procedures and related administrative tasks for foreign staff.
• Explain HR policies, procedures, laws and standards to new and existing employees.
• Prepare and submit required information and payments to SUNAT, AFP, MTPE, ESSALUD and the PDT PLAME system.
• Calculate and settle social benefits, CTS, tips, vacation pay and draft employment contracts.

Required profile

• Degree in Administration, Business Management or Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing for 200‑500 employees.
• Proven experience preparing PLAME and AFP forms.
• Hands‑on experience with immigration procedures.
• Advanced intermediate English proficiency.
