Inbound Sales Representative – Fully Remote (LATAM)

About the role

As an Inbound Sales Representative you will be the first voice families hear when they reach out for cremation services. You will guide them with empathy and clarity, turning warm inbound leads into confident decisions while delivering a hospitality‑focused experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own warm inbound leads from first contact to close, following Meadow’s consultative playbook.
• Explain cremation options clearly, aiming to help families decide in a single conversation when possible.
• Maintain a disciplined follow‑up rhythm across phone, text, and email to ensure no family falls through the cracks.
• Hit revenue targets while preserving high close rates and quality scores.
• Navigate Meadow’s tech stack, including HubSpot, Aircall, GSuite, Slack, and the internal case‑management system.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2C sales experience.
• Strong written and spoken English; Spanish fluency is a plus.
• Confident, empathetic communicator who listens well and excels on the phone.
• Self‑driven, emotionally steady, highly coachable, and comfortable working independently.
• Home office that meets Meadow’s technical requirements.

Required skills

• HubSpot or comparable CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
• Aircall.
• Google Workspace (GSuite).
• Slack.
