IT Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Recruitment for US Market

About the role
We are looking for experienced IT Recruiters (and Legal Recruiters) to lead full‑cycle recruitment for U.S.-based positions. The role is based onsite in Lima, Peru or Buenos Aires, Argentina and works Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5 pm CT.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process from sourcing to offer.
- Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and other channels.
- Conduct interviews, assessments and evaluate candidate fit.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and priorities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity in ATS platforms.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in IT or Legal.
- Proven experience recruiting for the U.S. market.
- Background in a recruitment or staffing agency.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1+).
- Full‑cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening and interviewing.
