IT Recruiter – Remote (Full‑time)

About the role

BairesDev® is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join its fully remote talent acquisition team. You will act as a strategic bridge between client services, sales, and the broader recruiting function, helping to staff ongoing IT projects for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, select, and present pre‑vetted technical candidates for open IT positions.
• Manage the end‑to‑end vetting process from the client side, ensuring timely placements and revenue optimization.
• Review and filter candidate pipelines according to defined parameters and guidelines.
• Write candidate summaries, edit resumes, and create compelling presentations.
• Communicate effectively with Clients, Client Services, and Sales teams throughout the hiring cycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT recruiting and technical talent acquisition.
• Adaptable, analytical, and detail‑oriented with a process‑ and business‑focused mindset.
• Strong collaboration and team‑first attitude.
• Excellent written and spoken English, able to articulate candidate value clearly.
