Junior Analyst D&T Help Desk

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Analyst to join our D&T Help Desk team. You will provide first‑ and second‑level technical support for hardware and software, ensuring smooth daily operations for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support for hardware and software issues.
• Prepare and configure work tools (computers, docks, mobile devices) for new hires and equipment renewals, meeting defined timelines.
• Conduct user training on company tools and systems to support onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate IT inventory records to comply with asset management policies.
• Apply security updates to work devices, ensuring information security and backup compliance.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in technical support.
• Proficiency with Office 365.
• Hands‑on experience with computer hardware, printer installation and configuration, and basic networking and server concepts.
• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Android, iOS) and application installation.
• Intermediate to advanced English communication skills.
