Junior Auditor

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Auditor to join our Lima team and support contract compliance audit engagements. You will work closely with senior auditors and global colleagues to ensure licensing agreements and client data meet internal controls and external standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing licensing agreements, contracts and related datasets to identify compliance gaps and potential financial recoveries.
• Execute test plans by collecting, cleaning and analysing client data to detect anomalies and quantify discrepancies.
• Contribute to audit reports, summarising findings, root causes and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with senior auditors and cross‑functional teams to deliver timely audit results.
• Support internal initiatives such as training sessions, recruitment assistance and process‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Management Consulting.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience or strong academic background.
• Proficient written and spoken English.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical mindset with the ability to work under shifting priorities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Experience with data‑visualisation or analysis tools such as Power BI.
