Junior Customer Success Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Customer Success Associate to join our fast‑growing data solutions company in Lima. The role supports the Customer Success team by onboarding mid‑market customers, delivering basic product training, and ensuring smooth platform adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Assist mid‑market customers during onboarding and platform adoption.
• Deliver introductory product trainings and explain key platform features.
• Monitor usage, follow up on questions, and identify adoption gaps.
• Escalate low usage, concerns, or blockers to the appropriate Customer Success Manager.
• Provide operational support for large or strategic accounts, including preparing reports, presentations, and follow‑up communications.
• Maintain accurate customer records, onboarding progress, and account updates in the CRM.
• Coordinate customer meetings, training sessions, and internal follow‑ups.
• Collect and share customer feedback with Product, Support, and Customer Success teams.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, B2B support, onboarding, implementation, or account management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain processes clearly.
• Customer‑oriented mindset focused on helping clients derive value from a digital platform.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning new software tools and supporting customers in their use.
