Junior Digital Planning Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Digital Planning Manager to join AI Digital’s fast‑growing media consultancy. In this entry‑level position you will support the planning team, applying digital media knowledge while gaining independence under supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Complete planning tasks under guidance, progressively working more autonomously.
• Execute standard and moderately advanced digital planning tactics within established frameworks.
• Conduct audience research and build target audience profiles.
• Prepare structured presentations using RFP templates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth task execution and delivery.

Required profile

• 9–12 months of experience in media or digital marketing.
• General understanding of digital channels and campaign strategy.
• Hands‑on experience with social media, paid social, or other digital channels.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Basic proficiency with presentation tools such as PowerPoint or Google Slides.
