Junior Financial Analyst

About the role

TRANZACT is looking for a Junior Financial Analyst to join its FP&A team. In this data‑driven position you will support budgeting, forecasting and cash‑management activities while collaborating with multiple business units across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of FP&A on cash management, including forecasting, tracking and analyzing cash receipts and disbursements.
• Support end‑to‑end budgeting and forecasting processes, consolidating inputs from business unit owners.
• Develop and maintain data‑driven financial models that leverage large datasets for performance monitoring.
• Contribute to strategic financial modeling for internal initiatives (operational improvements, workforce planning, cost optimization) and external opportunities (partnerships, growth projects, board presentations).
• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports and analyses for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or 0‑2 years of experience in finance, accounting or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large datasets.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate financial information.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
