Junior Software Developer – Remote AI Training Role

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Software Developer to join a paid, fully‑remote AI training program serving Latin America. You will work asynchronously, reviewing AI‑generated code, rating its quality, and creating coding challenges that help improve the underlying models.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI‑written code for accuracy, efficiency, and best‑practice compliance.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to enhance AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience (junior to senior level) in any discipline (full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile, etc.).
• Proficiency in at least one of the listed programming languages.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in one of the eligible Latin American countries.
