Junior Software Developer – Remote AI Training Role

About the role

We are seeking motivated software engineers across Latin America to join a paid remote AI training program. As a Junior Software Developer you will help improve AI code generation by reviewing AI‑produced snippets, rating their quality, and creating coding challenges that test model capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best‑practice compliance.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to assess AI performance.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑produced code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to refine AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level or senior).
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, or Rust.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Background in any engineering discipline (full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile, etc.).
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.
