Junior Software Engineer – Remote (AI Training)

About the role

We are seeking motivated software engineers across Latin America to join a paid, fully remote AI training program. You will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate responses for quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the AI model. The position offers flexible, asynchronous work suited to developers looking for project‑based assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess AI‑written code for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid, or senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
