Junior Software Engineer – Remote AI Training Role

About the role

We are seeking motivated software engineers across Latin America to join a fully remote AI training program. In this project‑based role you will help improve AI code generation by reviewing, rating, and creating coding challenges, working asynchronously on a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best‑practice compliance.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors and inconsistencies in AI‑produced code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to enhance AI performance.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level or senior).
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Background in full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile or related engineering disciplines.
• Legal authorization to work in any of the listed Latin American countries.
