Junior Software Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking motivated software engineers across Latin America to join a fully remote AI training program. In this position you will help improve AI code generation by reviewing AI‑produced snippets, rating responses, and creating coding challenges that test model capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI‑generated code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as accuracy, instruction‑following and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to assess AI performance.
• Identify bugs, errors and inconsistencies in AI‑produced code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to guide AI model improvements.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at junior, mid‑level or senior level.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
