Key Account Executive

About the role

Haleon is seeking a results‑driven Key Account Executive to lead sales growth across our consumer health portfolio. You will be responsible for setting and monitoring sales targets, managing channel relationships, and ensuring optimal product rotation at the point of sale.

Key responsibilities

• Define sales growth objectives (Sell‑Out, channel/client coverage, SITS).
• Continuously track monthly and annual sales target achievement.
• Monitor inventory levels and Sell‑In performance per channel/client.
• Execute commercial plans that maximize ROI and product rotation.
• Coordinate and follow up with the sales force and distributor supervisors.
• Lead promotional plans and specific channel projects.
• Review upcoming product expirations and propose activities to maintain portfolio turnover.
• Negotiate orders directly with clients or applicable channels.
• Provide weekly coverage updates by brand and distributor.
• Conduct monthly (or as‑needed) meetings with distributor sales teams and channel clients.
• Manage settlement of promotions to meet payment commitments.
• Participate actively in the organization’s occupational health and safety management system.
