Key Account Manager – Medical Devices

About the role

Mindray is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to drive growth of its high‑end medical device portfolio within large hospitals and regional flagship sites. You will combine market intelligence, product strategy and emerging technologies to deliver differentiated solutions and expand the brand’s influence.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse comprehensive customer data, competitor insights, procurement processes and supplier information to build annual work plans for each key account.
• Develop and nurture relationships with directors and experts in high‑end hospitals, understand their needs and pain points, and propose integrated product‑AI‑IT solutions.
• Leverage Mindray’s AI and IT capabilities to achieve breakthrough adoption (0→1 and 1→N) of advanced life‑support devices in target departments.
• Identify new business opportunities, assess current product usage, and propose expansion initiatives.
• Monitor after‑sales performance, coordinate issue resolution and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, biomedical, human science or a related field.
• At least 3 years of sales experience in the medical‑device sector, preferably with life‑support equipment.
• Proven experience in key‑account management and ability to manage complex decision‑making chains.
• Intermediate English proficiency and willingness to travel.
