Key Account Manager – White Goods

About the role

Xiaomi Peru is expanding its Major Appliances business and seeks a seasoned Key Account Manager to drive growth of white‑goods such as refrigerators, washing machines and air‑conditioners across the Peruvian market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage Key Accounts (KA) and Independent Retail (IR) channels for major appliances in Peru.
• Design and implement pricing strategies based on competition, sales targets and product availability.
• Collaborate with the Go‑to‑Market team to broaden channel coverage, increase product visibility and meet monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain and improve performance of existing channels, including wholesale, e‑commerce and other distribution partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of frontline sales experience in the Peruvian white‑goods market, covering refrigerators, washing machines and air‑conditioners.
• Established relationships with key account channels and a proven track record of developing KA and IR channels.
• Deep product knowledge of major appliances, competitors and market trends in Peru.
• Alignment with Xiaomi’s brand values and a willingness to grow together with the company.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of pricing strategy and the marketing 4P framework.
• Excellent knowledge of the Peruvian major appliances market and its development trends.
