About the role

The Logistics Coordinator role is a fully remote position focused on managing and supporting daily logistics operations for an international freight forwarding company. You will work closely with customers, carriers, and logistics partners to ensure shipments move smoothly across ocean, air, and ground modes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate ocean, air, and ground freight shipments.
• Monitor shipment timelines and ensure compliance with shipping regulations.
• Prepare, review, and manage all required documentation.
• Communicate status updates to customers and resolve shipment‑related issues.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and keep operational data up to date in logistics systems.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or international shipping.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of supply‑chain processes and international trade.
• High attention to detail and effective time‑management.
• Comfortable learning and using logistics software and digital tools.
• Advanced English (C1) and professional proficiency in Spanish.
• Relevant education or professional training in logistics, supply chain, or related fields.
