Marketing Assistant – Social Media & Web

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Assistant to support a US‑based digital marketing agency serving clients worldwide. The role focuses on managing social media, editing website content, and running paid campaigns while maintaining a consistent brand voice across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Write and edit press releases, blogs, newsletters, and promotional emails.
• Conduct digital audits and recommend growth opportunities.
• Create, design (using Canva) and schedule engaging social media posts, including basic video editing.
• Perform content updates on WordPress, Wix, and Shopify sites.
• Manage Google Business Listings and Yelp for accuracy and conversion.
• Assist the supervisor with account management tasks and special projects.
• Set up and monitor paid ads on Google and Facebook.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in social media management, website editing, or digital marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent written English with the ability to produce professional content.
• Experience in a digital marketing agency is a plus.

Required skills

• Canva for graphic design and basic video editing.
• WordPress, Wix, and Shopify content management.
• Google Ads and Facebook Ads management.
• Google Business Listings and Yelp administration.

What we offer

• Salary USD 1,000‑1,200 per month (not publicly displayed).
