MEAN Stack Developer – Lima, Peru

About the role

We are seeking a skilled MEAN Stack Developer to join Infosys in Lima, Peru. The role focuses on building scalable web applications using the MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js stack, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js).
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with front‑end components.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and other developers to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
• Ensure security and data protection in applications.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Hands‑on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
