Media Buyer & Creative Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a Media Buyer & Creative Strategist who understands that successful advertising blends data, audience insight, and compelling creative. In this role you will own the end‑to‑end process of paid media campaigns while shaping the creative direction that drives sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok and other platforms, handling setup, targeting, budgets, bidding, pacing and ongoing optimization.
• Monitor core performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, CVR and spend, scaling winning ads and correcting under‑performing ones.
• Develop creative strategies by identifying high‑performing hooks, messaging, offers and formats, and translating insights into actionable creative briefs.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, UGC creators and content teams to produce fresh ad concepts and maintain a pipeline of testable ideas.
• Design and execute structured creative testing plans, evaluating hooks, headlines, thumbnails, CTAs, offers and audience segments.
• Produce regular performance reports, highlight trends, and deliver data‑driven recommendations to improve the customer journey from click to purchase.
