New Business & Partnerships Manager – South Cone Americas (Spanish)

About the role

Reap is expanding its Growth team and seeks a driven New Business & Partnerships Manager to lead sales and partnership initiatives across the South Cone of Latin America. You will generate new opportunities, guide the full sales cycle, and help grow Reap’s fintech product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to client onboarding.
• Understand diverse client pain points and communicate Reap’s multi‑pronged value proposition.
• Develop and execute strategies to qualify leads, close high‑quality deals, and meet assigned KPIs.
• Accurately forecast revenue, maintain a robust pipeline, and track activities in CRM software.
• Represent Reap’s APIs and product lines (Cards‑as‑a‑Service, Payments, Connect) to prospects and existing customers.
• Identify emerging market trends, monitor competition, and bring product‑innovation insights from key clients.
• Build long‑term relationships for upsell opportunities and ensure smooth handover to Implementation, Relationship Management, and Customer Success teams.
• Collaborate on cross‑functional projects to improve the overall client journey.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of proven success in business development or sales.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong familiarity with sales performance metrics and a consistent record of exceeding targets.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Background in crypto/Web3 or experience selling SaaS/API products is a plus.
