About the role

Ventura TRAVEL is seeking an organized and proactive Operation & Reservations Specialist to ensure smooth execution of trips in Peru and neighboring destinations. The role involves coordinating multiple tasks, solving operational challenges, and supporting an international tourism environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate reservations, bookings, and travel logistics for trips.
• Manage invoicing and communication with suppliers and local partners.
• Ensure smooth trip operations and resolve unexpected issues quickly.
• Collaborate with international teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Negotiate with hotels, transport providers, and guides.
• Handle multiple departures and priorities simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

Required profile

• Experience in tourism or travel operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Fluency in English.
• Confidence working with digital tools.
