Partner Success Executive (Remote)

About the role

The Partner Success Executive will own the relationship with Senior Advisors – our senior referral partners – and ensure they consistently generate high‑quality leads. You will act as the main point of contact, guiding advisors through onboarding, performance tracking, and ongoing engagement to maximise conversion rates and long‑term satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new Senior Advisors, setting clear expectations for introductions, cadence, and performance metrics.
• Maintain a structured 1:1 cadence with each advisor to monitor pipeline, guide targeting strategy, and track Intro‑to‑Lead ratios.
• Qualify introductions, manage follow‑up cadence, and hand off qualified leads to Sales Operations.
• Drive advisor motivation and retention through events, networking initiatives, and advisory tasks.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program performance.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Account Management or Business Development.
• At least 1 year of experience working with the US market.
• Advanced level of English.
