Partnership Manager (Mandarin required)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Partnership Manager who is fluent in Mandarin and comfortable communicating in English. The role involves managing existing partner relationships, expanding our network, and supporting the product portfolio within the iGaming sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day communication with partners, ensuring timely responses and smooth collaboration.
• Maintain and update the product portfolio with accurate information.
• Conduct market research to identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities.
• Coordinate partnership agreements, track contract status, and support execution with internal teams.
• Act as a liaison between partners and internal stakeholders such as Product, Sales, Technical, and Finance.
• Support ongoing optimisation and expansion of partners within the QTech network.
• Renegotiate prices with new and existing suppliers.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest product trends and align them with QTech’s strategy.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, account management, product coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong organisational and project‑coordination abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple partners and tasks simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and a structured work approach.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to evaluate partnership opportunities.
• Preferably native Mandarin with a good level of English.
