Payments Implementation Manager (Peru)

About the role

Revolut is looking for a Payments Implementation Manager to lead local payment operations in Peru. You will ensure that payment processes are efficient, secure, and compliant with regulatory requirements while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain adherence to regulations, guidelines, and procedures set by regulatory bodies.
• Conduct payment operations and manage relationships with local payment systems.
• Oversee end‑to‑end payment processes, including initiation, verification, reconciliation, and settlement.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams to resolve technical issues related to payment systems.
• Generate regular reports on payment activity, volumes, and performance metrics.
• Monitor and mitigate payment‑related risks such as fraud, errors, and operational disruptions.
• Provide support to internal departments on payment processes and compliance requirements.
• Facilitate communication with payment service providers on operational, technical, and regulatory matters.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience working with local payment schemes.
• Relevant certifications or training for operations in local payment systems.
• In‑depth knowledge of local payments legislation.
• Fluency in English with exceptional communication and writing skills.
