Performance Team Leader – LATAM

About the role

inDrive is seeking a Performance Team Leader for the LATAM region to drive user acquisition and performance marketing across multiple verticals. You will lead a growing team of acquisition managers, optimise paid media spend, and ensure sustainable growth of new users while maintaining cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the user acquisition strategy for LATAM markets.
• Manage and scale key paid channels including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads and DSPs.
• Optimise campaigns against CAC, LTV and downstream quality metrics such as retention.
• Continuously test new channels, creatives and optimisation approaches.
• Identify and unlock new growth opportunities across countries.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of UA managers from junior to senior levels.
• Set clear goals, KPIs and development plans for the team.
• Allocate and re‑allocate budgets across countries and channels based on data‑driven decisions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven track record managing six‑ to seven‑figure monthly media budgets.
• Demonstrated leadership experience or strong readiness to step into a team‑lead role.
• Data‑driven mindset with solid analytical abilities.
