Pricing Strategy Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical and business‑driven leader to join DiDi’s Regional Pricing team. The Pricing Strategy Manager will shape courier pricing strategy across multiple countries, balancing efficiency, supply performance and courier perception while working closely with Marketplace, Budget Strategy, Product and other cross‑functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Pricing Strategy team, set priorities and ensure strong execution.
• Define and continuously evolve pricing strategy by courier type, maintaining the right balance between efficiency, supply performance and courier experience.
• Design the rewards architecture, specifying target populations and interactions of pricing and incentive mechanisms.
• Own the courier value proposition from a pricing perspective, ensuring competitive, clear and sustainable earnings structures.
• Identify and scale efficiency levers, translating learnings into pricing principles, methodologies and playbooks across markets.
• Partner with Marketplace and Budget Strategy teams to translate business and financial targets into actionable pricing strategies at country and city level.
• Influence senior stakeholders and leadership using data‑driven insights to align on key pricing decisions and trade‑offs.
