Project Manager – Lending (Peru)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead lending‑focused fintech initiatives in Peru. The role involves coordinating cross‑functional teams, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables align with business objectives. The successful candidate will support the full project lifecycle from planning through closure while maintaining schedule, budget, and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute tasks for moderately complex projects under general supervision.
• Conduct routine requirement analyses and recommend enhancements to deliverables.
• Identify project risks and contribute to mitigation strategies.
• Set objectives and manage team assignments for designated tasks.
• Guide entry‑level professionals and support staff.
• Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor scheduling, progress and address potential delays.
• Apply industry knowledge to improve project and process efficiency.
• Contribute to departmental results through successful project execution.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of project management experience, preferably in product implementation.
• Experience in lending or commercial finance; asset finance or leasing experience is a plus.
• Recognized certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 may substitute for experience.
