Python Engineer – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Python Engineer to drive the design, development, and evolution of our core platform and backend services. You will work remotely with a LATAM‑based team, delivering high‑quality, scalable code for production systems used by paying customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own maintenance of a production FastAPI backend.
• Fix bugs and implement small backend changes as requested.
• Maintain and troubleshoot the FieldRoutes integration/sync layer.
• Make occasional UI updates using React and TypeScript.
• Communicate clearly on status, risks, and delivery timelines.
• Participate in occasional calls for ticket hand‑over or issue triage.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience with Python and FastAPI in production environments.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Advanced English proficiency for communication with US clients.
