Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition (Onsite, Lima)

About the role
We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to lead full‑cycle recruitment across multiple industries for our Lima office. The role involves sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates while building strong talent pipelines to meet the hiring needs of our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage.
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide market insights.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Build and sustain talent pipelines for current and future openings.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a staffing agency.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1+).
- Proven ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
Required skills
- Experience with ATS platforms.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter.
