Recruiter & Sales Specialist

About the role

Busy Biz Solutions SAC is looking for a Recruiter & Sales Specialist to expand the Cruiser Travels Advisor Network. The role combines sales, recruitment, and advisor engagement, requiring strong communication and relationship‑building skills. After an initial 1–2 month on‑site training, the position moves to a hybrid schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and qualify prospective independent cruise travel advisors.
• Conduct discovery, introductory, and enrollment calls, explaining program benefits and expectations.
• Build rapport, answer questions, overcome objections, and follow up consistently throughout the enrollment process.
• Coordinate enrollment activities, maintain accurate prospect records, and prepare onboarding materials.
• Provide basic support to newly enrolled advisors, assist with onboarding, and participate in webinars and recruiting events.
• Escalate complex issues to management and contribute feedback to improve recruitment and advisor experience.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated by performance‑based compensation and able to work independently.
• Comfortable conducting phone and video consultations and handling objections.
• Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑up and record‑keeping habits.
• Interest in travel, cruise industry, and building professional networks.
