Reductions Specialist

About the role

The Ward Law Group is seeking an experienced Reductions Specialist to join our personal injury team. You will be responsible for negotiating medical bills, provider balances, and liens to support the resolution of personal injury cases.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate medical bills, provider balances, and liens with hospitals, medical providers, and collection entities.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, hospitals, and collection entities regarding reduction matters.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Litify case management system.
• Prepare closing statements and related case documentation.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 2 years recent experience in personal injury reductions, lien negotiation, or medical bill negotiation.
• Experience handling hospital reductions and negotiating directly with medical providers and collection entities.
• Background working in a plaintiff personal injury law firm.
• Litify experience preferred.
