Remote Inbound Sales Representative (LATAM)

About the role

As an Inbound Sales Representative you will be the first voice families hear when they reach out to Meadow. You will guide them with clarity and compassion, helping them make an important decision about cremation services in a single, supportive conversation.

Key responsibilities

• Own warm inbound leads from first contact to close, following Meadow’s consultative playbook.
• Explain cremation options clearly, ensuring families feel confident in their decision.
• Maintain a disciplined follow‑up rhythm across phone, text, and email so no family falls through the cracks.
• Achieve revenue targets while maintaining high close rates and quality scores.
• Use the company tech stack – HubSpot, Aircall, GSuite, Slack, and the case‑management system – efficiently.

Required profile

• 2+ years of B2C sales experience.
• Strong written and spoken English; Spanish fluency is a plus.
• Empathetic communicator who listens well and excels on the phone.
• Self‑driven, emotionally steady, highly coachable and able to work independently.
• Home office setup that meets the company’s technical requirements.

Required skills

• HubSpot (or comparable CRM such as Salesforce or Zoho).
• Aircall.
• GSuite.
• Slack.
