Remote Project Manager – Support CEO at Deep‑Tech Startup

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Remote Project Manager to act as the right hand of the CEO at a fast‑growing deep‑tech startup. You will keep the founder on track, manage contracts, scheduling, and coordinate high‑level activities across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the CEO’s calendar across multiple time zones.
• Draft, edit, and manage contracts and related documentation.
• Keep project management tools, internal records, and CRM entries organized and up‑to‑date.
• Follow up on open items, chase decisions, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Prepare meeting materials, notes, and client documentation.
• Maintain clean processes for project timelines and deliverables.
• Handle professional internal and external communications.
• Identify operational gaps and proactively solve problems.
• Coordinate cross‑functional work between product, engineering, and client teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years of project management or operations experience supporting an executive or founder.
• Extreme attention to detail with strong documentation habits.
• Comfortable drafting contracts or working closely with legal documents.
• Experience in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Professional communication skills suitable for enterprise‑level clients.
• Tech‑savvy and able to learn internal systems independently.
• Strong follow‑through without needing reminders.
• Must have a reliable computer and high‑speed internet.
• Fluent English speaker.
