About the role
We are looking for a Remote Sales Assistant to keep our fast‑moving sales team organized and efficient. You will handle CRM updates, schedule meetings across time zones, prepare proposals, and generate reports, ensuring smooth pipeline movement without being responsible for direct selling.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain clean, accurate records in Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM or Pipedrive, updating leads, contacts and opportunities daily.
- Schedule calls, demos and follow‑ups using Google Calendar, Outlook and Calendly, and prepare sales reps for each interaction.
- Prepare, format and proofread proposals, quotes, presentations and RFP/RFI responses using Google Slides, PowerPoint or Canva.
- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports, track pipeline metrics and ensure leadership visibility.
- Draft professional follow‑up emails, meeting summaries and send reminders or thank‑you notes.
- Coordinate with marketing, finance, operations and sales teams to track handoffs and prevent delays.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in sales support, administrative or operations roles.
- Hands‑on experience with at least one CRM platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.).
- Strong scheduling and calendar management abilities.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written English communication and high attention to detail.
