About the role
Join our growing remote team as a Vacation Planning Consultant. You will work directly with clients to design unforgettable vacations, from cruises and all‑inclusive resorts to Disney trips and international getaways, while coordinating with suppliers and delivering end‑to‑end service.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with clients to capture vacation preferences, budgets, and travel dates.
- Research and recommend suitable vacation packages, cruises, resorts, and destinations.
- Create personalized itineraries and coordinate reservations with industry suppliers.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up throughout the booking process.
- Stay updated on destination news, promotions, and supplier training.
- Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Sales or hospitality experience is a plus.
