Sales Advisor – Consumer Packaged Goods

About the role

Join Mondelēz International’s Latin America team as a Sales Advisor, focusing on the traditional channel in Peru. You will build strong relationships with customers, drive sales of existing and new products, and ensure optimal shelf visibility and availability.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sell‑out targets for the assigned territory.
• Implement and monitor merchandising, promotional activities, and point‑of‑purchase material placement.
• Coordinate daily actions with distributor sales and merchandising teams.
• Train distributor staff on strategic priorities and commercial best practices.
• Prepare and present activity and sales performance reports.
• Support new product launches and monitor route‑to‑market projects.
• Conduct regular field visits to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) sales, preferably in the traditional channel.
• At least 1 year of experience managing sales forces in impulse‑category companies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
• Attention to detail and perseverance.

Required skills

• Knowledge of visibility techniques and point‑of‑sale execution.
