Sales Development Representative – Expansion Associate

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join MEDLIFE’s expansion team. The role focuses on creating new MEDLIFE Chapters in universities, colleges and high schools worldwide, connecting student leaders with our mission of improving health and education in developing communities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential student leaders interested in Service Learning Trips or establishing MEDLIFE Chapters.
• Conduct outreach via social media, cold calls, video calls, emails and texts to set up meetings and webinars.
• Support existing Chapters by scouting new schools, teachers and student groups.
• Coordinate recruitment, social‑media promotion and obtain school approvals for new Chapters.
• Accompany volunteers in the field to strengthen connections between MEDLIFE International and participants.
• Generate and manage your own leads beyond those provided by the MEDLIFE platform.

Required profile

• Studies in Business Administration, International Development, Global Health or related fields.
• At least one year of experience in international development, global health, sales or related areas (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong public‑speaking ability, experience working with youth and managing volunteers.
• Cultural sensitivity and understanding of international development challenges.
• Highly organized with excellent time‑management and phone etiquette.
• Residency in Peru or willingness to spend periods in Peru.
