Sales Executive – Robotics & Automation

About the role

Verve Automation is seeking a full‑time Sales Executive to join its team in Trujillo. The role operates in a hybrid model, combining on‑site presence with flexible remote work. You will drive new business in the robotics and automation sector, building lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B opportunities in industrial automation and robotics.
• Manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contract terms.
• Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to align solutions with customer needs and relay market feedback.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and report on sales performance.
• Represent Verve Automation at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
• Provide post‑sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial automation, robotics, or related technology sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong communication skills in English; Spanish fluency is highly beneficial.
• Self‑organized with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and manage time independently.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and events.
