Sales Manager – Regional (Peru)

About the role

D Prime, a global online broker, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to head its sales operations in Peru. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to grow a profitable client portfolio in a competitive financial‑services market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and drive solution‑based sales and account management across the designated Peruvian territory.
• Develop, execute and own annual sales plans aligned with company revenue targets.
• Build, maintain and expand profitable client portfolios in line with corporate strategy.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline updates and reporting via CRM.
• Monitor sales performance, manage conversion rates and continuously drive revenue growth.
• Recruit, train, motivate and mentor sales teams to exceed targets.
• Represent D Prime at industry events and strengthen client relationships to improve retention and lifetime value.
• Assess sales effectiveness, costs and results to optimise performance.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in sales within Forex, CFDs or broader financial services.
• Strong leadership track record with the ability to build and motivate high‑performing teams.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution capability.
• Willingness to travel for sales events and client meetings as required.
