Senior Associate Consultant – Strategy & Execution

About the role

The Senior Associate Consultant will join Simplexity Lab’s Strategy & Execution team in Lima, working full‑time on‑site. The role supports and leads client engagements across the firm’s strategic loop – Activation, Definition, Mobilization – helping organisations turn strategy into a living capability.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research, interviews and market analysis to diagnose strategic challenges.
• Develop strategic frameworks and client‑ready deliverables.
• Facilitate workshops that drive activation, definition and mobilization phases.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to translate strategic ambition into actionable roadmaps.
• Monitor progress against defined metrics and ensure measurable impact.
• Contribute to methodology development and incorporate data‑driven, AI‑based tools where relevant.
• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities, with experience in strategy consulting, enterprise design or organisational transformation.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative analysis, market and competitive research, and synthesis of complex information.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including structured writing and presentation.
• Comfort working with technology and data, including AI‑powered tools and dashboards.
• Ability to manage projects end‑to‑end, prioritize multiple workstreams and collaborate across functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Social Sciences or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Professional experience in consulting, corporate strategy or related roles, preferably with multinational exposure.
• High adaptability, ownership, integrity and a commitment to measurable impact.
