- Collaborate with EverAI’s AI copilot for character consistency, casting, and trailer generation.
- Write scripts, direct, edit, and finish each episode yourself.
- Work closely with AI content creators, the tech team, other short‑film directors, and the executive team.
Required profile
- 4+ years directing or show‑running short‑form narrative video.
- Strong instinct for hooks, cliffhangers, and minute‑to‑minute escalation.
- Hands‑on experience with AI generation tools such as Runway Gen‑4, Sora 2, Kling 3, Veo 3, Pika, Higgsfield, and Seedance.
- Experience publishing vertical drama content on short‑form platforms.
- Fluent English, goal‑oriented, ownership mindset, and ability to work at high speed.
