Senior Finance Business Partner

About the role

Mace is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to lead financial planning and analysis across its LATAM operations. The role combines strategic insight with hands‑on financial management to support growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage LATAM budgeting, forecasting and overhead control.
• Deliver month‑end and statutory financial reporting.
• Analyse revenue, costs, cash‑flow and profitability.
• Present financial insights to executives and the board.
• Oversee audits, compliance and internal controls.
• Supervise payroll, foreign‑exchange revaluations and reconciliations.
• Handle JV invoicing, cash‑flow management and partner settlements.
• Develop and partner with finance teams across the region.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant with strong technical accounting expertise.
• Fluent Spanish and proficient English.
• Proven experience with financial systems, controls, payments and Peruvian tax obligations.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication and stakeholder‑influence abilities.
• Ability to deliver high‑quality results under pressure.
