Senior Full Stack Developer – AI‑Native

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong backend focus and hands‑on experience in modern frontend frameworks. The role is AI‑native, meaning you will use AI‑powered tools throughout the software development lifecycle to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and foster a high‑performing engineering culture.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain enterprise‑grade applications and micro‑services using Java, Spring Boot and Hibernate/JPA.
• Build responsive frontend components with Angular, HTML, CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyse requirements and define solutions.
• Create and execute test cases, participate in CI/CD pipelines, deployments and production support.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents, performance issues and application defects.
• Contribute to architecture discussions, promote clean code, observability and security.
• Mentor junior developers and help nurture an engineering‑first culture.
• Leverage AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Devin, Sourcegraph Cody and Continue.dev for code generation, refactoring, documentation and test creation.

Required profile

• Several years of professional experience developing full‑stack applications, with a senior‑level expertise in Java and Angular.
• Strong understanding of micro‑service architecture, REST APIs and cloud‑native concepts.
• Proven ability to work in an Agile, collaborative environment.
• Passion for AI‑enhanced development and continuous improvement.
