Senior .NET Software Engineer – Lima

About the role

Qualifacts, a leading provider of behavioral health SaaS solutions, is looking for a Senior .NET Software Engineer to join its Lima team. You will design and deliver complex, business‑critical applications while collaborating with product, engineering, and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET‑based applications and services.
• Monitor production systems, manage alerts, incidents, and escalations.
• Execute maintenance, deployments, and operational support tasks.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and support procedures.
• Contribute to reliability, automation, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency.
• 7+ years of experience developing end‑user applications and back‑end services.
• 5+ years of experience building web applications.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to mentor team members.
