Senior Product Manager, Trading-as-a-Service

About the role

Payward Services is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead its Trading-as-a-Service offering. You will own the product roadmap, work closely with fintech, banking and brokerage partners, and ensure the API‑first platform delivers reliable digital‑asset trading capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for trade surfaces such as Convert & Trade, PTL‑as‑a‑Service, Orderbook/CLOB API, Recurring Buys, Limit Orders, and tokenized equities.
• Collaborate directly with partners to gather integration requirements, unblock deployments, and validate product‑market fit.
• Make strategic product decisions on execution models, custody options, account structures, and compliance workflows for B2B2C use cases.
• Design and evolve REST and WebSocket API surfaces, authentication, webhooks, SDKs, and developer documentation.
• Own key metrics including partner integration velocity, trading volume, assets on platform, end‑user activation, and revenue impact.
• Work with the Derivatives team on joint crypto‑derivatives capabilities and partner with Sales/BD on strategic deals.

Required profile

• Senior‑level product manager with a hands‑on, builder‑first mindset.
• Proven experience shipping B2B SaaS products, preferably in fintech or crypto trading.
• Strong ability to translate partner needs into product specifications and drive execution end‑to‑end.
• Excellent communication skills for working with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
