Senior Project Manager – Industrial Digitalization & Software Implementation

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of AI‑powered industrial software across the United States and Latin America. This remote, full‑time position will act as the primary liaison between customers, local partners, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure successful deployment and long‑term adoption of digital transformation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of industrial software implementation projects, from initiation to successful hand‑over.
• Serve as the main customer contact, coordinating communication among customer teams, local partners, and internal engineering resources.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, resource allocations, and risk‑mitigation strategies.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining scope, schedule, quality, and customer expectations.
• Conduct regular status meetings, reporting, and stakeholder updates.
• Identify, manage, and escalate project risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including work plans, schedules, meeting minutes, risk logs, decisions, and action items.
• Coordinate on‑site activities at customer manufacturing plants to support implementation and governance.
• Share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of regional delivery capabilities.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mining, Chemical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience managing industrial projects, preferably involving software, automation, process control, or digital transformation.
• Experience in manufacturing or process industries such as cement, chemicals, refining, mining, pulp & paper, or similar.
• Proven ability to coordinate international, multidisciplinary, and remote technical teams.
• Strong customer‑facing project management experience with a track record of building trusted stakeholder relationships.
